You can return any item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Custom or commissioned artworks are non-refundable. Veronika values the satisfaction of her collectors and is open to exchanges. If you wish to exchange your artwork for another available piece, contact her directly to discuss a solution.
